Just want to say, thanks for keeping this thread going. I don't have much time lately to participate on the site but I do check in toto this thread when there are updates. One of my favorites!

Although I am in Australia this thread brings back some great memories of early Chrysler Downunder. I'll try to dig up some pics from here if I can find them. I love these pics - thanks for a great thread!

Any info or pictures of Halnan Chrysler in Toronto out there?

I still have the original dealer sticker on my '69 Dart trunk lid.

I've only ever seen another one of these stickers on an original paint 1970 Challenger T/A on the inside of the trunk lid.

This was the premier Dodge dealership in Whittier, California back in the day.
Check out the Gen 1 Charger on the curb and the cars in the showroom.
You picked up your new Mopar and went cruisin' on Whittier Blvd in front of Bob's Big Boy just a couple of miles away.
The dealership is long gone and most of the property is now a park.

Found a couple pictures of Marion Burnside Chrysler Plymouth on Facebook a few years back. This is where my Duster was sold new.

My wife's grandfather purchased the old Ross Arbuckles dealership building in Iola Kansas. If I remember correctly they were a small Chrysler Plymouth dealership from 1918 - 1970's. I took the 2nd picture about a month ago.

I've just got to put in a plug here for the Placerville, California Dodge Brothers dealer (later a Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler dealership), which was on the south side of Main Street in the first picture, but moved across the street by the time the second two pictures were taken. The Dodge Brothers car was pretty popular in Placerville because it was rough going around here, and the DB could handle it better than a Model T Ford could:
