the reason I mentioned a Chevy manifold is that I know there are similarities between LA mopar and small block chevies... I dont know what the runner placement and bolt pattern differences are though.

If you research Ed hamburger (spelling) he "back then" actually made adapter plates to run Chev intakes on Mopar SB. The port/ bolt spacing is actually quite similar on stock heads
