OK, I have pulled the dash, cleaned out the cowl area as you guys helped me with. Today we have a heavy rain in North Carolina so I went out to sit in the car and see if it was leaking. The water is coming in around the bottom corner of the windshield on the drivers side. Although the windshield is cracked on the passenger side I'm not at the point of replacing the windshield just yet, so should I use some type of sealant for now to prevent any more rust. I've got a lot of rust in the floors and behind the dash, but I think I have stopped any water leaking from the cowl area.
