Weird horn issue

I can't seem to figure out this problem I am having. Recently, when I turn the steering wheel the horn will sound on it's own until I turn the wheel back to the center position.

I have a "Tuff Wheel" and I removed the cover and everything looks to be ok...visually. As a temporary solution, I have removed the wires going to the horn so that I don't piss people off. I still hear the relay clicking though. Any suggestions on what the culprit is?

I'd start with checking the slip ring for the horn button, see if it's warped. But since you say it looks ok.. My only other Guess would be a pinched wire against the column.
