Here's a good one, Savatage's "The Price You Pay" from the Hall of The Mountain King album, during their Power Metal era and before Criss Oliva was killed (RIP A great guitarist who was taken too soon)

Pop Quiz, who HONESTLY has heard of Savatage? Nobody? You should be ashamed, now go turn on a record player, put on the headphones and crank up the volume until you broaden your view beyond "Mainstream" LOL :D

Seriously though, many greats never got the recognition they deserved. Savatage just happens to be one those great bands. They never made it into the Mainstream and most rock/metal fans don't even know who they are. Many other people know 1 of their songs (and only one), because it's played every year on radio stations for Christmas. The song is Christmas Eve Sarajevo 12/24. But the radio stations don't play "that", it's labeled as being performed by TSO (Tran-Siberian Orchestra), which TSO is Savatage. I've even spoken with people who claimed to be huge TSO fans, who had no clue about Savatage.
