What do you guys think of this Duster?

Seen this duster for sale online.

Race it or street it, if you want to do the work.
Ran high 11's low 12's.... Has been de-tuned to run 13's
360 Motor with 273 heads and valve train
Comes with new .050 Cam and lifters etc to go back to 11's
Tunnel Ram included and extra dual plane manifold

Auburn 410 locker
Much more than 5000 invested.

It's not too bad for an entry level race car, it does look to have fiberglass fenders and a hood on it. The floors etc. look to be rust free. I would have to see it in person to make a real assesment of it though. One thing i see wrong for sure is with the inner fenders removed, there is not enough proper bracing to the upper shock mounts.
The engine must be extremely mild to only run 13's with a car as light as that one appears to be.
Does he have the dash and vin for the car? Without it, being a B.C. registered car is a moot point.
If you plan to put it back on the street, it would be a lot of work and expensive.
What's with the little headlights? I think it looks out of place.
Oh, and 5 grand is too much for what you are getting. It needs a lot of work.
