I wish I had half the skills of this Thai Dude man... No I didnt do it myself but I saw how the guy did it. There is a layer of sponge (very thin probably about 1/8" thick) between the doorcard and the vinyl. The sponge is glued to the doorcard and then the vinyl is glued onto the sponge and then stitched together. Hope im making sense here haha.

I think they look amazing too This Thai dude (whom did and is still doing my interior) is very skillful but just plain SLOW... i need my dart out before AUGUST hahaaha...
