when did they go to non vented or charcoal canister? That's when it ends....iirc

Looks like the handle is "inset". The reproduction cap I bought for my 68 isn't that way. The cap has no indentation for the handle.
 
Would that be a 67-71? Does not fit my dart sport.
Look up the post with the photos. There were MANY changes over the years AND IN THE TRANSITION years of 70-71 Ma made cars WITH and WITHOUT the vapor controlled emissions. Look up a service manual at MyMopar (free) and read the section on fuel tanks and emissions. Some cars (non CA) came with, some (non CA) without. If the car is original you can identify it by the vapor can in the trunk, and or the 1/4 vapor line coming up front. Those caps changed almost every year onwards
