What is a fair value for a Dart/Duster steering wheel?

Hey folks,

I have a stock blue steering wheel that someone on Facebook was looking for. Given the pictures attached, what's a fair value? I'm not trying to get rich, but also wouldn't mind making a fair deal for myself.

The wheel was in a car that sat closed for I don't know how many years, and this is what it looks like after a few minutes of washing with dish detergent. I have no idea if the stains are permanent. There are two scars and some pock marks as shown in the pics.

I would be selling just the wheel, not the whole column.

The money is in the inside of the column, outside items look a little ruff. $100-$150, the wheel $50-$75.
