Now that I can post pics I'll ask again. What is this connection for? It's above drivers kick panel. Also shown is its "parking" spot if it's not being used, just above key in ignition buzzer.

How many is too many?
Some models had a light on buzzer option but most of those are black wires..... Looks like a seat belt buzzer connector.

"Parking " spot is just that, no wires or terminals. Connector wires lead into harness, from there I don't know.

The empty shell stuck above the relay looks like the seat belt buzzer housing. I bet if you pull it down it will have a part# to verify this.

Don't really need a buzzer, but would a jumper wire between those two terminals at least operate my seat belt light? Don't have seat weight sensors , just switch in seat belt retractors.

That plug with purple wires on my 73 duster is a seat belt buzzer.
