Those start the roll pin they hold the around halfway in Mike.
I use them a lot.
Cannon plug pliers used them alot on aircraft.

A plug for a cannon.
Ohhhhhhh my mind just wasn't going there. Also over my 35 years of industrial maintenance I never had a special tool to remove these.
I knew you would. They have been showing up a lot on Ag implements. Deutsch connectors started showing up I was the go to guy for pin release tools.
