Whats the push-on connector for the fuel sender, or thread size?

For the Year One BG914 replacement fuel sending unit, and presumably, the OEM one, what's that push-on connector called that slides on over the threads for the signal value, and where can I get a replacement? Alternatively, whats the thread size on that sender output? I'll be running an all new 14 gauge automotive grade wire to my autometer fuel bridge, and I don't want to use the 52 year old wire for that. Might use an eyelet connector or a replacement push-on one.
 

Nice never thought to look there for them. so #8 stud it is?
