I listen to online streams quite alot because I like indie music and simply because of the fact that most of the music my fav station plays is bands that I never would hear otherwise. whats the station you may ask?

I agree with having music playing in the background while working on the computer. Only I have 14k songs on my Itunes, so I just set it to shuffle and let the tunes roll. It's like having a radio station that only plays MY music and no commercials.

I listen to DaveFM out of Atlanta. I think I missed all of the new music from the late 80's to last year. I have started to catch up since I started listening to online radio!
