Where have I been lately?

Oh, yeah....you bought a wagon awhile back!
Yep. About two years ago.

I concur on the quality work and all your efforts of your shop extension. I also agree with you on hard decisions of what to keep and what to let go of as I find myself in the same situation of 4 vehicles, boat, side by side, 2 riders,2 push mowers, chain saws, lawn equipment, 3 tillers, 25HP John Deer tractor....Insurances........... Batteries....... Plus all the maintenance, filters etc ...............What kind of prison did I create for myself. LOL
Love the wagon. Texas Red

Decades ago, I wanted bad to get rid of all extra parts, keep just stuff for the models I had at that time I called "keepers" (yea right). I hauled truck loads to MoparNats, swaps, sold and mailed (yea before the "net"...... I finally loaded what was left, a big U Haul full and drove from Mo. to Tn. and left it all ion front of a good buds shop, he had put me onto untold number of "good" cars over the years. When he got home that day, he was surprised! Bad part was he could not open a garage door the pile was HUGE.
But I was so happy it was GONE!!!!

one sermon I heard was about a river or a dam on the river. holding onto stuff creates a dam and nothing happens. letting go of stuff you are not using to help someone else, it's a river. Blessings can flow if the water is moving. I got lazy and the scum is covering the pond. started with the "here ya go" and it feels good.

That's a really good way to put it. Once upon a time I needed to cash out what I could to fund something else. Thankfully, I have most everything I need ratholed away. I've been moving stuff along to others when I get an opportunity to feed the Good Karma machine.

Today is a banner day. Is the shop ship-shape? Hell no. Is it good enough to start doing stuff? Yes indeed. Good enough to get the trans swapped out. This is the first time this car has hit the floor in six months.

Current state of the workroom. Yes, I've done some ****-shifting (defined by my SIL as moving stuff but not resolving any issues).

However, this is forward progress, and long overdue. Halfafish is a happy camper tonight.

OH MAN! That is my title and i didn't know it. I can move stuff around, usually higher up or layered away from the wall, to appear busy but not accomplish much. Other than finding lost treasures, look at 'em and back in a box they go. Thanks for sharing the title! :)
