Thats not all of the mopars I've had, just A-bodies. Plus I'm only 29 years old. I've got time to add to the list. I'm going to look at a 71 demon as soon as I get off work.

A little off-topic (number-wise), When my mom was preg. my grandfather bought a new '68 Satalite, blue 440/auto so I could ride home in a new car. He died when I was 2 years old and my grandmother never had a DL. That car sat in an enclosed garage untill 1985! It had clear vinyl seat covers from the dealer. My grandmother's next door neigbor (also a widow) would alternate driving her car and the Satalite to church (aprox 5 miles) every Sunday. In '85 she "loaned" it to my uncle who was fairly worthless and needed transportation. He creased the rear quarter backing it out of the garage and it was all downhill from there. Sad.

Back to the question, I'm nowhere close - (1) my mom bought a '72 dart as her first new car. She babied it about 6 or 7 years, then Dad bought her a Volarie wagon (which turned out to be... not a good one) and he drove the Dart until I turned 15. He bought an honest-to-goodness 50mpg '86 Ford Escort and gave me the nearly deceased Dart. I got it running, drove it for about 3 years and, after a small electrical fire, parked it in the woods under a protective layer of dirt, leaves and pine straw for about 25 years. Now it sits in my side yard, stripped of it's organic protection awaiting it's slot in the resto machine that is my free time.

(1)

My first was a 68 GTS 383 in high school, next 71 swinger 318, 70 340 4spd swinger,69 Formula S 340 convert, present car, 69 Dart GT with 340.
