window trim

my right rear glass chrome piece fell off the glass whats the best adhesive to hold it in place? its the trim between the front and back glass.:burnout:

The chrome division moulding between the 2 side windows is held on with a thin strip of flat butyl rubber stripping. I can't recall exactly what it is called but I bought a roll of it from Layson's years ago and did all of my cars with it. I will check at the shop tomorrow and see how much I have left if you'd like. If I have enough to do yours I'll gladly send you a strip. I'll message back tomorrow, Geof

I put new felts in mine and glued the chrome to the glass with the same black 3M adhesive that I used on my trunk seal and door seals. 3M #08011 I believe.

i have a tube of the 3m stuff, i was just seeing if there is other stuff to use.

i want to thank geof he sent me a strip pf adhesive for my window trim and when i asked him how much he just said a thankyou is all i need. so now im letting everybody know about it thanks again geof.
