Wire routing fasteners

Are these plastic fasteners available anywhere? Or someone have an idea as a substitute?
They appear to just pop in, sorta like a plastic brads.

They are in the engine bay on my '65 Barracuda

WOW that's a new on on me, and they seem to have a BUNCH of stuff!!
 
no no no. If you have already covered the wires in modern loom ( 2 of them seen above which is same as I did ) just use the fasteners for those looms and poke them in the holes. The loom is pretty much free when gather it from part yards. Reusable fasteners aren't so easily collected. I purchased those online.
 
Actually I was going to remove those type of looms and/or use the spiral wound stuff instead. Those looms have a a blend of blue and black (previous owner paint?) and looks kinda cheesy. Or depending on how wire looks underneath, maybe no loom at all & just give it a wrap of extreme tape.

But that is an option that I didn't realize.
