Situation resolved with Roy.TXDart and I got the parts with no drama, just seems like there was a communication breakdown between Roy and Paul .

Parts are at my shop and I will ship them Monday.(awaiting the OP response from my PM for address)
Me and Knuckle duster figured out together where he lived.
Both have bought parts from him years ago.
Roy is a good guy and just got more on his plate than he can handle and was happy that I would ship them for him.

pomonamissel here , many thanks to all that replied to this thread . and a special woohoo thanks to txdart and knuckleduster for making and taking the time to help me with my parts purchase . i just called roy and thanked him for letting these great guys to ship my k/h disc setup to me . so now i feel more connected to the members here . i'm glad we were able to get is issue resolved without an further action . txdart has told me he's shipping my parts this coming week . i'll pay him for the shipping and i would like to send them both out to lunch on me , hope they receive it , in reward of their great deed that they did .
 
Well just buy me lunch....their is an orential restraunt out in my neck of woods that offer a happy ending...

Martin just has a way with people. He did all the talking and is handling the shipping, so he's more the one who deserves thanks, Paul. I was just making sure he was okay. Proud to call him my friend!

I have the balls to respond Paul. The problem was as I have told you before. I have been very busy with work and life. If I had intended to screw you out of your parts I wouldnt have still had them when your buddies came by my house . I could have been a prick about it but I wasnt. So next time you choose to bad mouth me know your faxts.

Then if life got in the way why not just refund the money to him and say I can't follow through right now? It's just a few strokes of the keyboard....

Do everyone on here a favor and worry about your life and career versus selling car parts on the internet........

If you’re so busy with work and life, why list parts to sell when you have no time to deal with the process of selling them! Listing them is the easy part, following through with packaging and shipping is the job, and if you don’t have the time to do your due diligence, you should not be listing them.

True this :thankyou: It's like prepping for a paint job, Paint is 5% of the job :) Prep work and seeing it to paint and follow up on every bit of the body work is 95 % of the job, ain't that right brother @cosgig :)

Absolutely. If you don’t have the time to find a box, packaging, package the item, get a quote, message the buyer, wait for the payment, and send the package in a timely manner, you have no business listing the item! And, after a month of no shipping, and ignoring messages, that should be very evident!

Did you refund the shipping he paid you?
Looks like he paid you to never ship the parts and then had to pay to ship them after you so graciously gave up the parts that he paid you for.

And here I was trying to give this dude the benefit of the doubt.......

This is the very reason why I have not listed any parts off of the 68 Valiant I have sitting in the yard. Bought it with the intentions of using some of the parts in my 69 Dart and our 69 Valiant. With the way things are going physically for me beginning to look like I will never get to building any of my projects. Really considering selling a all of it, just hate dealing with people....
Honestly...the threats are comical. Really want to end up in prison over some scrap car parts? Having a shitty day, should leave it at this...
