I am looking at putting Edelbrock 65cc heads on my 340. And I will get my machinist to go through them of course. The Edelbrocks are the same cc's as the iron heads I have now.
How much power would this combo make:

Stock stroke 340
9.25:1 compression
Lunati voodoo cam I-268* E-276* duration I-494" E-513" lift
Hughes roller rockers
Edelbrock Air Gap intake

And of course adding the Edelbrock RPM heads.

380-400,my ball park. The broad power & torque bands, worth more than peak h.p. on the street.

I have about the same setup , do you know what it's making now ?
340 STOCK STROKE .30 over
10.5:1 compression mahle forged pistons
around same spec cam maybe a touch milder lift
air gap with 750 street avenger
mild porting on x heads
On the dyno it made 398 HP 413 TQ

Figure you'll be making 450 - 480 HP 470 -490 TQ should be a killer reliable setup.

Put the 63cc head on it with the correct thickness head gasket to get quench if possible.

Those 65cc heads are bleh in most every case.

Can you explain this , he has 65 cc heads on now going to 63cc will raise compression or not ?

Sure it will raise the comp but you will lose through the thermal efficiency of the Alloy head.
