Your daily driver?

-
I have a 95 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 with Cummins diesel that would be my daily driver but since diesel is so high it has been parked in the barn and used as needed

My summer daily driver if I can without getting wet is my Honda Goldwing, on vacation this week and probably 500 miles and didn't go for a cruise just places I needed to go for the most part.

when it is raining I drive a 93 Dodge Grand Caravan we bought new in Dec 92. It has 178,000 miles leaks some tranny fluid but runs and drives good and still gets 15~17 MPG around town. This has been a very good vehicle, it has had very little problems other than normal maintenance. The dart before I disassembled it.

and before the Ram was my Bronco, it has been 2 years since I had it running, I need to fix it, quite rusty now but I still like it, could not afford to drive it since it gets 8 mpg on a good day

Rain, snow, ice, sun you name it. I drive it every day, if I have to go some where I go in the Dart.

i drive a 2001 toyota echo that i bought new in 2001 as a daily driver. 40 miles to work i needed something good on gas. at 40 mpg it does the trick. 160,000 miles on it now.

Have a 98 Dakota R/T & 04 Jeep Wrangler as daily drivers.Only pic I could find of jeep was during a blizzard.

72 Dodgeman, I see you into the older farm stuff. I found this for my older brother. 1951 Oliver OC3 bulldozer- or at least the undercarriage.
The R/T drug it up I-95 well in excess of 110 mhp.

oh you guys are so lucky!! Here in Germany its not really possible to ride a 8-banger every day... Gas is so expensive! 1l.= 1,56€.....
and thats my actually Daily Golf Variant 1,8l.

Hey, another Golf driver!

Here's my daily right now, '95 Golf, needs a little paint work, but it gets 25-27 city and 33-35 highway and I enjoy having A/C very much thank you :D It's funny how many guys rolling in older cars judge me driving this, giving out "Young punk with a POS import" looks, bet they'd never believe my other car is a '63 Plymouth.

And my daily driver for the first couple years of driving, got it when I was 14, 25 now...man I miss it.... disreguard the scoop, we borrowed it from a local speed shop for the pic....the things you do when you're young and dumb

My DD is a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Classic. Takes me to school, work, camping, fishing and 4wheeling.

YES!!!
my winter daily is a 90 cherokee..
and lately my daily has been a 86 ranger 2wd 4cyl 5 speed.. it hauls all kinds of crap and gets 25-31mpg

My daily Driver is a 1986 AMC Eagle 4WD Limited Wagon. Over 200,000 miles on it. Leather, cruise, power everything. Has about a 2" lift with Jeep wheels & a Jeep Cherokee 2 speed transfer case. 258" six with 112 HP. Gets lousy mileage, somewhere around 10 mpg in town & maybe up to 18 on the highway on a REALLY good day. Have another 258 with MPI & a 4.0 head that I built just waiting to go in. Should make close to 200 HP & get better mileage. Too many irons in the fire, need to get my butt in gear! One of these days.......
i know how it feels i have 10 projects going right now .. i like the fi/late model/258 swap idea should work good ... i saw a turbo 4.0 on the net somewhere, maybe youtube ... i will see if i can find it

Another Jeep driver here:

I bought the 02 Sahara just a few months ago after the price of gas went nuts. I couldn't afford to drive my 89 Ramcharger every day anymore...

Now the Ramcharger just gets used for the occasional joy ride. :)

95 2500 Cummins 4X4 w/200,000 miles and still running strong. My 75 /6 Valiant and my 84 HD FLTC touring machine.
