73' B3 340 Duster pro touring build

That Viper just planted an idea for a rocker mod for exhaust.

I was reading a Superbee build one time and they had remote mounted turbos hidden behind the side scoops and dropped out of the rockers. That was pretty badass.

Now that's bad ***....the main color reminds me of Scion's " cement" .

scion.JPG

yawn on the redi-mix (cement) color.....no sugarcoating here!

picture that ODish dark color in satin (as pictured)...with stealthy mat-black or gloss black accents..stripe/ hood black-out or whatever

Stainless window moulding and bumper possibly black chrome

Okay, finally made some forward progress on the Dart, made a aluminum glove box liner to hide the MSD 6AL, installed the TTi exhaust system...waiting for the Stainless tips from TTI to arrive before I cut the tailpipes off and installed the rear bumper and tail lights and new lenses.

Denny... Heres the pics of the Duster Seats we talked about. I tried to make them some what resemble a factory shaped A body bucket by removing the shoulder bolsters.

I've heard that comment before. Can you describe the difference?
Not worth it if it sounds like crap.

I forgot to mail you the juice! I'll drop it in the mail today..... Sorry Ross, it just slipped my mind.........

Better listen to one first. Sounds like two roto-tillers going down the road.

Kinda like the difference between a Harley and a Honda V-Twin.

I know what Ross is talking about. I've ridden in an AC Cobra too. In those
you are so close to the exhaust outlets it might as well be one and they
sound ok.

Listen to something like you're talking about and you be the judge.

Where do you get those seats?

Cipher auto....but they have been modified and partially recovered (Center suede). The first pic shows them before modifications. The second shows the custom made rear seat that fits around the Tubs, you can see how the Suede center on the front seats didn't match the rear ...but now they do. See page 70 of my build for more seat photos.

Thanks for the reply. Looks real good!

That dart is so nice! How's things going with the paint on the duster?

These pics were taken on Tuesday..although now that the weather has hopefully started to change, progress will pick up. It's funny how I forgotabout so many mods till I go look it over...the raised inner fenders, semi smoothed firewall, custom cowl vent, side markers, door handles, fuel door.. It will be interesting to see it next to a "Stocker" or "Grocery Getter" to really see if the mods stand out.
