This thread has some legs! I would borrow the money to refund the cash just to not get hammered for days. I don't get it,,,,

The root of the complaints I've seen is poor packing. The poor packing leads to poor handling of a refund to seller. :wack: I pack things fully expecting retarded baby elephants to play soccer with them. I can only assume that's what these shipping companies hire.

its not about the money now?, it could be the principle of the matter of not getting screwed.
I had an issue with another member on here, but we resolved it ourselves. some excuses work on some people and not others, and some are more patient. good luck to all!
 
It is finally over .He sent the ck.He was suppose to have sent it tues the 2nd .But he never sent it out till fri the 6th.He also dated the ck 8-30.Just a bunch of bs,never deal with him again.Thanks to everyone on here he paid up .Again thanks

If it clears the bank this whole mess will be over and I for one will be glad.
 
If that check bounces he will be charged a fee against his account. it had better been certified funds. Lawrence

must have been way too much of a pain in the *** to get a money order. if someone tried to send me a check I would send it back. I wouldn't take a chance of that thing bouncing in my account and then end up paying another 35 bucks
 
Call the bank that the check was written on. If it won't clear, call the D/A where he lives and tell them he is issuing worthless checks.

Hopefully it does not come to that , but I used the same technique and it worked on a guy that owed me $1100.00 , in Ca you are liable for three times the amount ...

Man I am sorry you are having this much trouble.. With all of these problems with him if I was a mod I would have to give him some time off from doing business here or on any other sites owned.
 
The guy is obviously having some kind of problem. God, I sure as hell know I can relate. Is the Christian thing to do to keep pounding him into submission? Keep kicking him while he's down? I don't care what keeps happening, there's still two sides to everything. Yeah, he didn't handle a business deal very good. At all. Are any of the rest of yall sin or mistake free? Sin is sin in the eyes of the Lord. I think some of yall need to look in the mirror. We've all done things we're not proud of. More than once. Even if whoever else yall say has had bad dealings with him had left bad feedback, his feedback would still be over 90%. Yall are acting like you've never done something wrong. Yall need to go back home with that ****.

Kitty and I have been married 20 years this coming December. This is the absolute worst year financially for us ever. It's remotely possible we're not alone. A lot of yall in this thread profess to be Christians. With that in mind, I propose a Christian solution. I pledge 10 dollars to resolve this. I don't know what the total is, but that's my pledge. Rather than beat someone to death when they are down, I would rather do that and try to end it. This thread's purpose was to let everyone know about a bad deal from another member here. That purpose has long passed. I'm ashamed to have some of yall on my friends list here after this. Feel free to remove yourselves.
 
I disagree Rob. If people aren't held accountable they will just keep following the same pattern in life, a past member by the name of Bob is a good example. This isn't the first time that this has been an issue with Justin, it is at least the third time. Needless to say this is costing him a lot of future sales.

Also if you think back when he bought a steering wheel and it was lost in shipment. He wanted a refund from the seller and the seller to wait for the insurance, the refund is the correct way it should be handled.

While I'd like to say that like everywhere else this site is just a microcosm of society with righteous people, scumbags and those that fall somewhere in between I can't honestly do so . I've been a member here for less then a year and my impression is that the scumbags are few and far between but their is a tremendous difference between falling on hard times having financial woes and being a predator. While lack of cashflow can lead to self esteem issues it won't make you dishonest unless you ALREADY LACK INTEGRITY which seems to be the case here. I'm 54 and growing up in a Mafia infested neighborhood in NY then the Varrio in So.Cal. I could tell ya'all things I did when younger that would make your blood curdle. The point here is that this kid Justin is exactly that a kid and yeah he ain't being righteous. What are we talking about here a freakin hundred bucks ? In my younger days I'd of payed him a visit with a bat and had a pillow party but nowadays not so much. I also get the impression that the ripoffee or purchaser of these parts is young (I hope) as they seem unable to move on and if not they have issues too. While I don't always agree with the always outspoken RUSTY I do respect the fact that he's got the huevo's to say what's on his mind and for the sake of killing this damn Justin Soap Opera I TOO WILL PLEDGE 10 DOLLARS as while interesting reading this show has run its course and needs to be put to rest.
 
This is bad news. To top it off, I needed a 727 dip stick & tube. I didn't know this was going on and I sent him money. Crossing my fingers!
 
I'll donate a pillow case... This seems much more like a seller who isn't prepared to be a dependable seller or back up his own word rather than someone who is fallen on "hard times".
A seller should keep the buyer's funds available for a reasonable amount of time or at least until they know that a satisfactory transaction between the two parties has been achieved. And at the very bare minimum until the damn package has been confirmed as delivered!!!
Piss-poor service all around is what is happening here, nothing more, would be my best guess. I am glad for threads like these to help alert though I do wish it didn't have to drag on so long., which is yet another reason this guy gets very low marks in my books.
