Stop in for a cup of coffee

Check these two brothers out. I heard them play this hundreds of times while I worked in Sarasota. Berg Vagabunden "The Mountain Vagabond." They were there every night except for the summer they would travel. Sepp is one of the best zither players in the world. Playing at a fast tempo on a zither is very hard to do. They were young back then of course and real hell-raisers. I remember doing shots of Doornkaat (Gin) with them when I was just an underage kid.

Last one...this was always my favorite. The band would go to intermission and Sepp would stay and play this while we would be setting up quietly for the second seating of the restaurant. Too bad I can't find Sepp playing it but this guy is very, very good. You can see a couple of the people at the table are even crying.

Those videos are pretty cool

man - brutal
yeah early reports were that it went around most of the city, now knox news is saying it went straight thru, skipping some structures, hitting others with 14 structures still ablaze in the city. Supposedly unconfirmed at this time is the big space needle got some damage, but is still standing.

these look cool - hopefully I can check them out once I get home... really crappy sound here at work..

raining pretty steadily here - and only about 45 out there too... I am thinking beers and burgers - T-minus 15 min and counting!
nice, no fire for you.

hey, you might know this, I'm wondering if should have sprayed the frames where I was welding my 4 link in on with some sort of weld thru primer or will the painting of it afterwards be suffice to prevent rust?

if you get some primer on it right away after welding - it should be fine - always take the metal down to bare first though

Mopar Joe just called. (Buddy of mine) His 440 just came off the dyno. Hp. 468 Tq. 505@ 5500 rpm. He said lots of vacuum at idle. Sounds like a nice street motor with a small convertor and 4.10's in a 70 Bee

nice! any clue as to the recipe?

I just tried to start the GTS to take it down to the lift bay... Wouldn't start... Then I realized the Red ammeter light was not on inside on the dash. Since I was starting it remotely from the front. Needless to say .. I flooded it pretty bad...Cycled the ign sw a few times ., and ... Now I gotta wait until it dries out ...:BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

The weld through primer is supposed to get stripped off and repainted anyway. It's for protecting the surface that will not be exposed after it is welded.

right, im worried about the frame rail surface behind the brackets that are welded on

Me too, when I did the floor pan I didn't use the weld through primer before setting the pan in. So I squeezed in as much sealer in the seams and joints as I could. I'll be sure to prime befor I drop the trunk pan in!

X3
I don't.t recall when I 'discovered' the stuff... Pretty sure it was after my floor was done. I used seam sealer on top and neoprene roof cement under around the entire edge.

Im thinking just coating everything with POR 15, top, bottom and inside the rails
