Stop in for a cup of coffee

I burned last night, have a few rounds that I need to burn up before we sell, some good wood, some rotten. Better finish it this weekend in case they set a ban, it has been dry....

I have an El Salvadoran crew coming today to repair my pool fence, for the pool yard. Several of the posts and rails have given away in the past 28 years. The fence is about 500 ft in total length. Mind you the pool is at the rear of my house, and I live by the woods , on a culdesac. Never even had anything close to an incident with the pool. I think one of my Asshat neighbors called the County Inspectors on me. Pretty sure, its the guy across the street. :mob:

Soooo...I need to go start a fire and get it burning then come back in to do my wifely duties and then hope I get to the mechanic duties.

Burn ban has been on for a few weeks. After 20 plus hours of rain the ban still stands. Will have to see what happens in the next few weeks. Have about 30 dead trees to clean up,one in particular i want to remove,as it dented my tailgate a while back.

Yeah, that's a bit of a pile. I made good new neighbors out on my property when I burned brush (in a fire pit) under a modified burn ban (recreational burning only) The issue was that I didn't have water on the property yet and yeah there was some ash going up so my bad...

Mitch still have the Jeep?
Jeep? Let see it!

Ray. Getting closer to the distributor curve I want for this engine.
Should be able to get it to start a little faster with a softer primary spring - this one's from McMaster (Gardner Spring) 25#/in

Doing a 84 MP LA one right now for a member, giving it a bit of a boost, had a 11 cam plate going to a 13 and some spring changes should give it a boost. Why does MP use grease in theirs? It just gums it up like it turns into wax?

Take the graph with a grain of salt. When I got done, rechecked at idle and it was 19 - 20* at 750- 800 rpm. Tried a different light and same. So got to be something in the dial back light or ??? 'cause the distributor didn't move. Reset it at 17* for now.

Hey I used that VAT 40 on the truck yesterday works pretty well, still needs a internal cleaning you can tell the carbon load plates are dirty.
