Its my opinion that both the sniper and fitech will function just fine with a dual plane. If someone believes it to be an issue, they can run a sealing plate, or a carb spacer to equalize the sides. Unless you're running a power adder, in which case there is science that a single performs better with forced induction, but that not an TBI issue, thats a boost issue.

That's good. I'll be purchasing one after Xmas. mainly for my 440 but i thought i might give it a try on my poly while i finish the dart but the poly is a dual plane, which is why i was asking.

Yep, you can't. Diagnosis is something else that is hard to predict and schedule. Electrical gremlins as well. None of those things are in the labor time guides. LOL
