We got one of the Schwinn Varsity 10 speeds all fixed up yesterday with new tires and cleaned up and regreased the moving parts... Now it's ready to ride...

So once again in the you can't make this up category, I am over in the winners circle barn lusting over Zmans car. I am rocking my FABO coffee club shirt ( thanks Dd) and a gentleman approaches me asking where my coffee shop is in FABO Minn. At this point it has not dawned on him yet that I am looking at him, like he has a third eye, as he is fixated on showing me his coffee shop logo on his shirt. He explains he owns and operates the first coffee shop etc. etc. etc. The guy does not let up he is determined I am a competitor to his shop. When he finally takes a breath, I patiently explain it is FABO for A bodies only. In a look of total disgust he explains well your shirt is very misleading and walks off in a huff. Zman and I are just shaking our heads! Chalk one up for Dd!

Good Morning folks, any of the Coffee Crew have an aftermarket automatic trans cooler they’d be willing to let go of? Not looking for free, I’m poor not cheap, just a fair price on a decent cooler. If not can someone give me some recommendations?

The ones at Advance Auto Parts have held up pretty well for me in the past and are usually less than 100 bucks

Looks like I oopsed on my air conditioning. Was hoping to get my buddy to charge it tomorrow. For some reason I thought I only needed 3 cans. Probably cause I was originally going to 134a -which uses less refrigerant. Full charge is 48-50oz. I have 2 12oz and a 14, for a total of 38. Still need 10 to 12oz more...So need to round up another can. Don't know if that will happen before Carlisle (hopefully someone will have it there -they usually do) Was really hoping to have it working before that.

Mark, I have one, I'll give you.... I was gonna use it on my 65 Belvedere, but the original radiator was shot, so I bought an aluminum rad. Free to you...No doubt you remember sending me that Strut Compressor...PM me @MomsDuster
 
Slow day in the coffee shop with half the regulars at MITP. Work day for me. Almost that time. Talked to my refrigeration buddy... Since I don't have enough refrigerant - the plan is to leave the Duster AC with a 'nitrogen blanket' and see if it holds till I get more R12. Really nice day here. Was thinking of driving it to work, but there is a high chance I will be driving home through thunder storms. :(

Got some more welding done on trailer.
Buddy shows up, i had him pull carb off the compressor and clean it. Also had him replace choke cable. He did a piss poor job, i have to do it over. He says good enough, i disagree. Its supposed to work perfect.
So that prehistoric smith 160 runs a ford 460,1/2 the cylinders make air.

Good Afternoon All! I'd have checked in this a.m. but up early to drive to Kelso and pick up a pair of Klipschorns. The shop will be rockin whenever it's done!
 
The stone guys busted *** all day today and got a lot done! I also think they passed the craftsmanship test with flying colors!

They even managed to start roughing out the back patio area...
