Would need dry ice. It was under 25F yesterday. I really think that was more the battery than anything. It's a bit undersized for that original starter and was likely a little low from not being run. That reminds me, need to take neg off before I tighten up the cover...Bring that box to Carlisle we will get it cold somehow to test it.
Looks like a lot of workBeen doing some laminate flooring for the guy who's deck I rebuilt a while back. Still have one bedroom and a bathroom to do and the whole place will be done. He wanted the kitchen and dining done over exiting vinyl + underlay. So had to do transitions for the different levels.

Better yank that distributor out and see whats up. A missing clip or damaged/bent dist drive.Okay, now this is weird. I was checking my timing on this and noticed that the cap on the dizzy is rocking as it turns over! Both snaps are on and good. It’s fully seated down and yes the dizzy bolt is tight. I can shake it and it doesn’t budge but under cranking it is. Stumped

Rotor not on right? Will do, hope it’s not, i broke down and put in the good one from hoppy. Not only that but I checked it before installing. Unless I didn’t get it in the slot all the way somehow and bent it that would be my luck
I’m wondering if I put the wrong cap and rotor on. Hoppy gave me a couple, including a set for an RB. Gonna go check it all tomorrowRotor not on right?
It wasn’t when I was checking to make sure the points were opening and closing, they wereChris take the cap and rotor off and crank it and look at where the rotor would be and is it wobbling?
