Ugh, Monday the 13th strikes again. My daughter is coming down with a bug and skipped swimming practice today because of it...and I’m feeling like I have it too. Feels like the Flu or at least something like it.

Yuck. I hate Winter.

Isn't it boys swim season??? Girls is fall... At least around here that's how it was done when I was in high school....

No, these teams are co-ed and go through the end of March. My daughter is just halfway through her regular scheduled season. Championships run through the end of April.

Honestly - I'd rather be sick in the winter.
Hate being sick in the summer. It just aint right, and if its really hot out I don't want to make chicken soup and be drinking hot teas. :(

Warm temps above normal in Winter just breeds worse bugs around here as you know. Too many fools running around in shorts instead of proper clothes beating their immune systems down and getting sick...and then sharing it with others when the weather gets back to normal cold and they are forced indoors again with the rest of the captive people.

That's what I was expecting but somehow it was in passengers side of engine bay. Would have been an easier pull if I had access to all of my tools but they migrated into my work truck and my space cap doors were froze shut lol! I cobbed together 4 tools and made it work for lower bolts. Even though my shop isn't set up it was nice working in there, listened to some old Fleetwood Mac (Peter Green) and built a couple of Dewalt heavy duty shelf units (10K capacity each).

Oops. Burban/ blazer is the old body style. My bad.
 
At physical therapy yesterday, he popped my neck. I thought he was going to pull my head completely off because his hands were huge and he really put his weight into me. It was kinda scary

Today I woke up and I can turn my head so smooth and light. That stuff really works. I slept better than I have in awhile.

Those guys really know what they are doing.

My chiropractor does that for me. Sometimes you need it.
 
Physiotherapist fixes my sciatica in a couple visits. Its been good for a year at least.

Sorta, my friend just down the road and I build a big chicken coup and we split the cost and helped each other.
I get a dozen fresh eggs from them as I need them, the roosters named Ro Howe, one of the Hens you see is named Come and Go Katie, we found her at the store two years ago (come and go store) .
