There are more people crossing over to non traditional activities and occupations than before.

I'm kinda an example of that. Being in an all male sport and aspiring to be in a traditionally Male occupation.

There's a lot of young men doing the same and becoming nurses, hair dressers, and other things that were female dominated before.

Decades ago I dang sure wouldn't be a mechanic and a lot of guys wouldn't be proud nurses, hair dressers and a lot of other things like that.

My theory is that is fueling the exploration, although I can't say I have ever had lesbian thoughts but most female mechanics I know are absolutley lesbian.

Just a thought but I also don't understand it.

Well back when I was growing up being gay meant you were happy! And I have always been a gay and happy fella. And NOW I am afraid to say that. But I will say my Feminine side is a lesbian....because every part of me loves women! Go's greatest gift to man

Something happened to my post! But what I said was....When I was growing up being Gay meant you were happy. So I grew up being a gay and happy fella....NOW I am afraid to say that. BUT my feminine side must be a Lesbian because every part of me loves women. Women are God's greatest gift to man.

I'm sure that plays into it to a degree, but only a little. There's been many periods of history, and also other societies, where jobs and traditional roles have not been the same as what we have considered the norm.
This is different. Not enough time at the moment to write and proof. But its different on at least two levels. One about how we (as a society) view altering the physical body. Another is how we as a society prioritize individual wants visavis what is best for the community as whole. Those are just two, but there's more.

Charlie, one of our bucket loader operators was always squawking on the CB radio at the end of the day that it was time for a Corona, no, the beer kind not the virus kind. Many of us had the same opinion of the Corona at the time that it tasted like a urinal smelled :eek: . When Charlie retired I think either the manager or the scale master had a t-shirt made for him.

Decided to continue my battle for weed control. These Lilly of the Valleys originally came from my Great Aunts hous. My dad transplanted some to his place many years ago. I got them from his place 20some years ago. I actually thought they were gone when I found a few shoots among the weeds a few years ago. Have been carefully weeding and helping them spread since then.

Morning or afternoon or whatever it is. Three more weeks in this boot contraption. Trying to get some work done but hard to walk or stand in this thing for very long. Nice day here, close to 80, gota go get something done.

I hate to admit it but I do have my favorite cars and my red headed step children amongst my own cars.

This car is getting a floor panel patch replacement. Some of my cars, I would just patch it with flat sheetmetal nice and cheap.

But this demon is getting the fancy stuff because i always wanted s 72 demon from when i first got into cars. So..... yea, it's my sweet dream car

V8 swap and new paint job.

Not really planning anything over the top because I've found the hard way with other cars that the bigger the dream the longer it's going to take and the more out of budget it's going to get.

My main goal is to be able to wax some shiney, silky paint and have it run decent with a mild V8.

I'm just planning a very nice stock appearing car with this one.

I have other cars so I will save the race car thing and hot rod for another car.
