Happy sunday, too early to tell. message last night, buddy’s kid wants the tractor, and my trailer. I have been working on cleanup around here, wasnt expecting to see it go just yet. Thats fine, but they need to find a different trailer. I need it, son wants it during the week and i promised the neighbour he could use it. All of a sudden everyone wants my handy dandy dump trailer.

Morning folks. Cut down a 30 foot tall Mulberry tree yesterday. Get to cut, stack & chip the wreckage today. My yard looks like a war zone right now!

Heck TJ you got a well equipped shop with a lift, a dump trailer, all you need is a pool and you would be the most popular guy in town!

It's amazing how much of a mess all the branches from one tree make. I have a pile of branches and stacked good and rotten logs I need to sort out.

I have so many branches down, I need to cut it up and have many fires in the fire pit...

I've been stripping the 'big' logs to cut for firewood and running the smaller crap through a chipper. Already got a huge mulch pile. And I'm less than halfway! Should have a good bit of wood for next winter tho.
 
Hey I actually watched Sky News yesterday got sick with the us news. Any ne realize LA has a 15% homeless rate and tents are all over the main sidewalks? My kid is there for a few days and she mentioned the tents, Not the usual it is mostly people that have lost their homes/businesses since this started. I was really surprised you never see stuff like that on our news. To me it is more unbiased.

In regards to them bow tie power plants, I always preferred that 4"x 3 1/4" version. What did they call that? Oh yeah the 327.
Funny, Mopar made 2 engines in that same area of displacement. Personally, the most scary fast sbc I ever rode in was a '55 with a 327 named Booger. Overall fastest small block powered I ever experienced 340 TA. Full fendered cars, roadsters etc. were a whole different animal.

That do sound like fun... Pretty sure my day will involve some yard work. Have been removing some lilac bushes that were getting choked out by english ivy. Also been trying to 'simplify' the landscape a little. To much time doing all the trimming... I do have a big cedar bush that needs trimmed ASAP. Ive always done it with a ladder. Considering getting a pole type hedge trimmer

yep and it’s way way over done. I mean I get why it’s done, but to me, when it comes to hot rods especially, I wanna see something unique or less widely done

Have heard it was bad, but never saw a pic with them lined down the sidewalk. %15 has got to be a lot of people.
