Stop in for a cup of coffee

Probably so but either way our address is "out of synch" with surrounding addresses, i.e. they're going one direction in numbers, then ours goes "the other way".
Ahh crap the builder put it on the wrong side of the street.

Spoon ring and beer kits will get delivered today. Gotta love the USPS. They do good work when they aren't overwhelmed. LOL

Okay, I'm not afraid....what are those, both home brew supplies?
Spoon ring is a little something for the wife for Valentines day. The beer kits are for a couple raspberry wheat batches I will make in the next week or so. Pics to follow

Pretty happy with the build, but here's one for you. We were hearing a drip drip noise coming out of a bathroom, in the ceiling, sounded like it was hitting the back side of the vent fan. No water evidence anywhere in the drywall, thought it might be a roof leak somehow. Poked my head into the attic, 18 inches of insulation and I can't see the joists so.... I turned off the HVAC thinking condensate, nope. I then turned off the hot water heater, yep! It's a hybrid and creates condensate, not sure what that line dumps into or where, builder is supposed to be finding out for me or sending his plumber over.

The beer is for anyone. At Mopar's in the Park, a bunch of us bring a bottle or two to share. Top notch bourbon's Scotches, single malts and the like.

Does this look cold to you? Had to put truck in 4wd to move. Front end was so stiff, back tires would just spin. Put back into 2wd on highway, and on asphalt i can break tires loose in 1st gear.

A little icy down your way? A 4 wheel drive with studded snow tires is what you need. Be careful with that new truck!
