I don't know man. I remember when you sold your Camaro. You regretted it almost instantly.

I don't wait for parts, if it's not in stock I will not order.
Custom parts are another story.

Ouch! The last two orders I placed had several items each. Complete orders were delivered in the same package both times during this pandemic. When I order there I try watch the "ships" area and for "free shipping" or "special shipping" offers before I hit the pay now. I'll be even more wary now.

Most recently one of the items I ordered is one of these cheap fuel feeds for this 3310. Lol, it's too long and wants to plug into the side of #6 on the distributor cap......

Called Jegs to let them know about it. I told them it was not worth the time and money to return it. They agreed, said "no return necessary" and credited my account.

I feel for people that don't live close to a speed shop.
I go 12 miles or less to Summit Racing in Tallmadge Ohio and pick up my parts, if they have to be shipped because of out of stock they pay the shipping. That is just the way it is. You have to ask them to do it they wont offer it. They will do it every time I ask.

Part supply is not good at all tried to order leaf springs from ESPO and she said that I would be looking at 2 months to receive them and I see that's true with several other items I was considering another project but with supply issues it's not happening

Don't blame you...... The clock keeps ticking and what you call your hobby can easily turn into a drag on your free time from something like this.... I myself am seeing an issue with getting something done on my car and am too old for this crap.

Good luck,
JW

That is because shops are not stocking parts. They just have them shipped from the manufacturer. I usually go with tried and true MOPAR shops like Mancini Racing, March Performance and too many more to list.

All this business of " we don't have and take months to get" BS will only drive up prices and when the China bug goes away, look out INFLATION prices for everything!!!!!! You think food pries are high now!? ha Gs? Electricity costs? You name it.

Go buy a box of nails right now...... Ain't cheap.... OK, so they are marking things up. Meanwhile the scrap prices are crap.... Hmmmmm, we have a problem!

Don't sell it yet, Tony.
Everyone is frustrated these days over parts and availability.
That will end soon I hope as things start getting ''back to normal''.
Breathe, Grasshopper.........

My health is bad and don't work on it anyways. You only have friends if you got a fast car.I sold my fast car so no more friends.Seams like its either me or my truck breaking down. Its in the shop for injectors.75,000 miles on them and 4 or them are bad.Ive been up that way a few times with the pipeline but couldn't stop.

Sorry to hear this, Tony.
You've gotta do what's right for your health and well being.
And if it means selling the car, then so be it.
Good luck with it all, and hope everything works out in your favor.........

THEY'RE USUALLY ONLY CHROME PLATED COPPER PIPE SO EASY TO BEND FOR CLEARANCE.
NEIL.

Let me say this. I have days I feel like just selling everything and say screw it all!!!!!! Then I start to count my blessings and then all the frustration I feel seems to be not as bad as I thought.
Instead of looking at that car I been busting my chops on and seeing all I need to do I look and see all I have done.

Not these Neil. It's chromed steel tube. The older one I have is copper, shorter, and doesn't have much land to drill and tap but I just may have gotten away with it.........

I saw your other one running right into the distributor. Why not flip it around and run the fuel line in from the back?
