That is changing, E bay is separating itself from Pay Pal. Soon, if you sell on E bay, you will need to provide E bay with your bank account number / routing so E bay can do a direct deposit of the funds collected from the seller into your account. Minus the charges that E bay gets. I don’t sell much on E bay, but I don’t think I like that new policy they have. Not saying PayPal is perfect, but most problems I've read about are when people link their PayPal to their Ebay acct.
People need to smarten up.

Someone you've dealt with and know!Sorry.. One morning we started getting possible fraud alerts from our Bank. Before we could stop it someone had ordered over $ 8000 worth of Laptops on my E-Bay account. My Banks fraud Dept and Pay Pal started working together to get it straight. From there the refunds? were posted using some really weird accounting methods like 3 different credits for one order instead of just one payment. In The end it all balanced out until a Month later when Pay Pal started Dogging me about $ 1800 I "owed "them. Bank Fraud Dept says we did our part Pay but Pay Pal still wants money and won't let me close My Pay Pal or E-Bay accounts until I "Pay Up". Weird deal the Laptops were all supposed to be shipped to an address across the Valley from me in my name. It was an vacant store front. I finally just gave up. No idea who compromised me.
