Well Radio in the R/t is back to factory, kicks ***. Has am/fm cd and casette. Never had one of them before, have to find the tapes we have somewhere. Got the new door lock in pass side, poewr gear was stripped then I was done. Of course never got to the sensor yet or a turn light in the firechicken (pia under the battery tray) so I am driving her today. That sucks. Oh yeah just found out the oil light has been on in it for a week! WTF? Hope it is a change oil light I do not remember.

Time needed: 7 minutes.

When the remaining oil life is low, the Change Oil Soon message will appear on the display. The Oil Life display must be reset after each oil change. Follow the instructions below to reset the engine oil life system on your Pontiac Firebird:

  1. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position
    Don’t start the engine!

  2. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal to the floor slowly 3 times within five seconds
If the CHANGE OIL SOON light blinks, the system is resetting

Probably too old to have an oil change light.

Yep!

Only one I have had to reset was the cobalt two buttons. Bet she has cleared that in the past pumping it like a carb.

Morning!
22 and no snow today.
So, lots of locals are pissed right off with our local municipal government. The powers that be are all businessmen and have taken the path of saving money, no overtime and no working holidays to clear snow.

My buddy that retired is so happy that **** is hitting the fan,as all of this bs money saving scheme was just coming to light. He was the public works foreman and was battling with mgmt over this. Guess it was a good time to bail.
