I always thought it would be fun to have a right-hand drive car, add a fake steering wheel on the left and teach a pet to stand up and lean on the wheel like in the picture. Can you imagine the looks you would get?

My mom had a driver training school when I was in my early teens. Her car had dual throttle and brake controls and I would sometimes drive it around parking lots while sitting in the passenger seat and steering with the bottom of the wheel with my left hand. Made a lot of people do a double take. Once I had my license, I drove it on occasion and one of my friends would be sitting in the passenger seat playing with the damned pedals. Nearly got in some serious trouble a few times.I always thought it would be fun to have a right-hand drive car, add a fake steering wheel on the left and teach a pet to stand up and lean on the wheel like in the picture. At 6 ft 7 inches, I can too, but with so many rhd cars around now it's not the same as it was in the 1970s.I'm tall with a long spine.
I can do that without special controls!
I had a guy working for me in the auto glass trade he was 6'7'. His name was Hoss a big German fella. He was my complaint dept LOL. One of the local cops used to come into the shop on a regular basis. He pulled in with the cruiser and we were talking and Hoss comes walking out. The cop looked at him and said Holy F&8K.At 6 ft 7 inches, I can too, but with so many rhd cars around now it's not the same as it was in the 1970s.
She looks happy.
My friend owned a stereo shop and hired a guy exactly 7 foot tall. Like you say he had to time his steps going through the normal size door. My buddy said he hired him so he could dust the top shelves. lolI went to school with a guy who was 6'8" (and later replaced him in a band).
He could not walk through a 6'8" standard door without timing his step to be almost exactly mid-stride when he was in the doorway.
Try finding size 14 or 15 footwear in a small city. The few pairs that most stores might get are gone very quickly. I have been ordering them online for a few years now, but I still have to go to a brick and mortar store to get my work boots. I have found that the sizing varies depending on the brand and the style.I "only" wear a 12.5 shoe.
Good luck finding that (half sizes seem to go away after 11.5).
Most times I'm OK with a 13.
Not really the easiest to find those.
Most stores have them but only 1 or 2 in only a few styles.
14 is even less but I do see them.
Anything over that and you are screwed.
You'd be great at stamping out forest fires Randy LOLTry finding size 14 or 15 footwear in a small city. The few pairs that most stores might get are gone very quickly.
