Love them A/FX racers :steering::D

I just found a tester for a guy I deal with ( Parts Hound) on Craigs list for 200! Nice also had all the voltage regulator test leads also.
Unload all the brushes and alt stuff to him. Good guy to deal with. He is the guy that rebuilds switches.
So is fixing alternators too?

Wife's appointment with the surgeon today. Her last biopsy came back negative. (for the other side) TMI I know but good news.

She feels sorry for me! :rofl::rofl::rofl:
Oh mine totally understands how difficult at times it is to live with her daughter :rolleyes:
When I go to her place she always has a little one or two projects for me to do. Gee her son lives less than a mile away but he's busy.
I had Cheryl call him one winter day and told him to go shovel their Mom's driveway with his two teenage sons...don't make us drive 70 miles to do it because we will. He took care of it.
His wife isn't much better such an effort to go do something for Mom.
That's ok she cut the DIL out of her will. Put all the BIL inheritance in a trust with a conservator...and they don't know it.
She wrote it so that if the BIL goes first all his trust goes to the local university as a donation...ouch!!
Me I'm ok and she's told me so. I told her I'm set so spend it all!!

Since i'm trying to build up my tool collection, and I don't really want to fill up my tool stash with harbor freight brand new. I'd rather have proto and old craftsman for the same price.

I stated looking for old tools and old toolboxes since I noticed my husky 1/4 inch drive ratchet no longer holds the sockets on it. Thy just fall off. and it is starting to jump teeth inside it. I have had that a year. ONE YEAR.
I got the one out of my great grandpas toolbox, (no brand on it) and it works perfectly. easily 60 years old.
Then I started looking at the brand new harbor freight brand toolboxes, and I noticed something else. they are made out of like 20 gauge aluminum or steel and they are pop riveted together. no way that lasts more than 6 years of everyday use.
