I did something stupid

I wish I could help. Tampa Bay is a ways away. Man, it sucks you're going through this. Car looks cool, and a 4 spd too? How about a storage yard for 1 month? Shouldn't cost much. That would buy You time! There has to be a way.

Tampa? Huh? Nobody is near Tampa...?

I brought my d250 back from northern Wisconsin to east central Illinois and then 2 years later my son and I drove my wrangler to Vegas and we drove back a ramcharger and towed a just bought 76 Aspen behind that just bought ramcharger. I drove the ramcharger with the Aspen connected to old school , chain to bumper style, tow dolly /and my son followed me All the way home in the wrangler.
I'm an hour south of Chicago.
Check with "HemiSSDart"here on the forum, he goes by RhinoDart on Moparts, transporting cars is his business.

I've been following the conversation and haven't seen the suggestion of talking to the original owner and seeing if they would we willing to take a small fee for taking back and relisting the car. I think a reasonable person could understand your dilemma and would give most of your money back. I know I would.

That is of course, you really want this car and are willing to pay and jump through the hoops. Which I also understand. I'm in SoCal and would try and help in anyway I can but it is pretty far from us.

Good Luck.

I don't think he could refund if he wanted to. He sold because he needed the money.

At this point, I really don't want the car and will probably dump it for 50 cents on the dollar as fast as I can.

How much do you stand to lose in this ? Have you checked to see if there’s a storage place near there to get you more time?
