Morning all I took this week off work so a happy Monday for me.
So, what's everyone doing for Turkey Day besides eating too much...
Are you the host or are you going some one's house??
Probably go to the Frostbite with the Barracuda in the AM and catch up with a couple friends. Dinner with the neighbors behind me in the evening. Their dogs will be happy I'm on the right side of the fence.

Pretty sure my old man would use Dramamine when on something smaller than a carrier.
Never needed any myself but definitely had people that did.
I'm good on aircraft ... boats, not so much.
Still have flashbacks of the NOE "Vomit comets" flying up through the Smokies to jump in to Fort Campbell...

I been on the ocean lots when I was younger and never got sea sick but I bet it's no fun. lol
One time on the ship, we caught a few days of serious high waves from a hurricane. Man it was really bad swells to 35 feet and had 1500 Marines on board. There was puke everywhere.
40* here or 4*C and never seen it this warm in November.

I am cooking. It's my favorite holiday. It will be my husband and I Brandon is coming over with his girlfriend, and my other 2 kids, Amber and Wyatt will be home. Amber's childhood friend may join us. She doesn't have a place to go for Thanksgiving. I invited her to join us. She has been going through a lot lately for a 21 year old. Her mom passed away 2 years ago from sclerosis of the liver, now her father is away in rehab and may not be home until Christmas.So, what's everyone doing for Turkey Day besides eating too much...

We head to KC and spend the day with my MIL. She'll cook up the meal and we'll bring the desert.
If we get home early enough, we'll fire up the fire pit and sip on a good drink.
It was bad 35 degree rolls then since it was a LPD with basically a flat hull in the back when that slammed down a different type of vibration.

I always had a pocket type hammock no issues sleeping at all.
