Professor Fate
Push the button, Max...
And they're not totally obscenely priced, either.
You're not wrong...!Probably should buy a set or two in case they sell out the initial run and decide not to make another run.
Yes but they have them and nobody else does.they sure are proud of those things.

Who cares about numbers if they work. My current heat shield is home made and works quite well.Yeah, but they don't have the right numbers on them.![]()

But they do have something on them that's worth bonus points.Yeah, but they don't have the right numbers on them.![]()

My post was sarcasm.Who cares about numbers if they work. My current heat shield is home made and works quite well.
I can take sarcasm quite well. Seam to get a lot of it for some reason. My post was sarcasm.![]()

Well I wish I did but was too anxious to get it mounted. Only got cut up making it before I had a chance.Looks good! Sometimes ya do what you gotta do.
I hope you rounded off those corners, though- knowing me I'd need stitches soon enough if I didn't!![]()
How well do the boots work on their own?
I initially tried ceramic boots but had interference issue. Glad you found a fix.I'm running those manifolds with no heat shields and the boots on my wires are still like new. i used msd wires with vari angle boots though. also have the wires run different then the other guys here so they are more away from the manifolds.
Go for it. Easy to build. Can easily be improved upon but get the job done.If u want exhaust headers and manifolds to be a cut above jet-hot coatings is a really good solution. Never rust or discolor plus the thermal factor. My headers have it. Eventually I hope to send them my exhaust manifolds.
Nice homade shields. Mind if I copy?
Everything's costly some stuff we afford some stuff we improve.
