Anyone have the Summit cast aluminum wheels on anything? I'm considering either the Warrior RT or the Halibrand looking version...4" front / 8" rear (5.5 bs) on a 69 Dart.

Thanks!

15x4 and 15x8 Warriors on the Duster. Decent wheels for the $, but shocked how much heavier they are than the forged Draglites I've got now. My opinion? Keep your eye out for a set of Draglites/ProbStars or Auto Drags used, give em a real good polish and you've got a WAY higher quality, lighter and stronger wheel for about the same $ as 4 Summit brand wheels would cost ya!

Nice Duster! Love that color combo.

Your opinion? Yea, maybe. You have valid points, but the 15 x 8 with a 5.5 BS is pretty rare on the open market. I've yet to see any, in fact. Therefore I'm just weighing options when the front suspension is done and it's on the ground. I was originally going with black steelies and dog dish caps, but might want some "bling"...LOL!

I'll probably wind up with both, steelies and aluminum wheels for when my mood changes again.

Curious: What is the BS of your rear wheels on the Duster??

Those wheels look familiar. :D

I like em, now if I could get the rest of my car to look as good as yours.

It's not perfect by any means. It may go to body shop jail this winter for a respray. We will see. Sorry OP. Bruce and I need to get our own thread I suppose

Very old post, I know. Do any of you fine folks on FABO have any more photos of these? I am considering a black set for my 69 Swinger. Any pics, especially on Darts would be appreciated. These wheels are at a fair price point.

Strangely enough, even in the old posts, no comments about bolt pattern. I guess they all assume a pattern change. Cause if you still have 5 on 4, you can bet your life those summit wheels aren't available in sbp.

Likely the case. Mine is converted.

Summit Warrior.

Shown us the Auto Drags, I love those. I'd likely go with Auto Drag but they have become ridiculously costly.

Avatar's street rear wheels are the Summit "Fast-Five." Basically a look-alike of the Weld ProStars except they are cast alum, heavier, and much less $$. I put the Weld's on with my slicks when I go to the track.

Pic from when I was working to lower the rearend.
