Duster window track insert needed

Does anyone make (or have) the small circular plastic insert that goes at the base of the window guide shaft?

I can move it there, really wanted to see if anyone is remanufacturing them.

Don't know where you've searched. RT Specialties offers a lot of door/window regulator parts. I would suspect used would be brittle today.
