I am working on my current project and now have been thinking the next project might be finding an old pro street style car or former drag car to put back on the street. I know pro street is not popular like it was in the 80's - 90's but they are still just as cool. Anyway , lets see some Pro Street style cars.....

If I get one it will be nothing like a blower hanging out of the hood. Just an 80's style build. Probably something like a 4 link backhalf car with 12- 15 inch wide tires on the back and full roll cage.

No blower, but will a hemi scoop do?

love your cars spaz and blownfish! pro street cars are sick...resto mods imo are nasty...keep your massive ugly wheels on the benz or civic in your driveway LOL...nothing screams performance more than wide meats, wild paint, loud exhaust, and something through (or on top) of the hood and thats pro street baby!

Pro-Street is on a comeback, I've noticed several new cars popping up at the local shows as well as some of the larger shows. They're still one of the best deals to be found for the money, just look over the chassis work real good before you buy one, there is a lot of butchered cars out there that were just thrown together, even the well known builders through together cars as quick as they could back then. I had Gene Linch do mine and I had to redo several things, that was 20+ years ago and Gene has since passed. Those that don't know, Linch is a local guy that build some of Gliddens cars back in the mid 80's

Blownfish and fstfish66, I was hoping to see both you guys weigh in on this. I love any excuse to see both of your early Barracudas.

My contribution, haha. Isn't this a members car? And the daytona probably isn't what you were lookin for but I thought it was cool so I am posting it anyway.

That Daytona is *****!

How Bout...ugleee to the bone....this is my pro street project,

I don't think so, a 65 is on my want list

x2, that would be a great photoshoot with them both together.

That would be pretty cool. I think we're a good 800+ miles apart though, unless we met up at Monster Mopar or something.
