why is it that every goof in a new challenger wants to race me?

becouse all they do is loose. then they wanna go again.. for what? they must enjoy the embarrasment.

And I know what you mean.
I had to explain to a guy in a 4 dr Civic that I had 1/2 the engine but twice the power that his old Civic put out.
 
Because you're riding to slow and they are catching you!:-D

Here is a picture of me on my ZX-10R. There isn't anyone that wanted to race except one Suzuki GSR 600. He came flying beside me , goosed it, and then took off. I went around him in a curve at 152 MPH ... got in the straight and was up to 175 MPH before I let off. Got to a stop sign and he rolled up about 30 seconds later. All he could say was Damn!!

I got one hefty speeding ticket and two warnings in the 9 months I owned it. Thought I would get rid of it while I was still alive. I did however buy a 2010 Triumph Rocket III Roadster. he he... That's baby now.

What else are they gonna run? My buddy bought a 6.1 6 spd Challenger. I'm telling you, there isn't much competition out there for it. I know it will kick my Swingers :bootysha:

i have run a honda cbrr with my vega and he couldn't pull/past me until i lifted... go on you tube, you can see cars running bikes all the time
 
Ride a liter bike too, I don't have issues with Challenger drivers here its Corvette owners that seem to think if they try enough times they'll out run me...right, short of twin 80mm turbos under the hood forget it. 165hp dyno'd at the wheel+450lb bike vs 3200lbs and 350hp hmmm.....

X2 Up here in da North, It's the Bikes that try to get you to race you in your car, so what I do is bring it up on the convertor wait for the lite to go Green and limp away while the bike SCREAMS off right past the cop that is parked about 1000 feet ahead THAT was funny dont care who you are, And yeah nice bikes you ALL have, I too crashed my Suzuki then I bought my Duster.
 
cops around here dont even try to chase you if they see you over a 100...

You'll notice that all the video's you see are ran against 600's...and 90% old bikes(early to mid 90's) before they started coming off the show room floor 150hp+ the liter bikes creeping closer to the 200hp mark. The older bikes they run were lucky to get over 100hp, and now have a slew of miles and wear on them on top of it.

I semi-regularly lay mine over it's on it's 5th repaint lol. Feel for your bike, its hard to get back on after a bad wreck.
 
Very dumb for a street car to attempt to race a bike like that.

I just let those guys go on their merry way when they come zipping past and hope they don't kill themselves or someone else.

also, whoever made that corner @ 152mph.. why in the hell were you
looking at the speedo for? tsk, tsk, tsk. LOL.
 
I had a guy in a new Challenger come up to me at a light, and want to race, normally i dont street race, but the strip of road ahead was 4 lane with out any sidestreets or entry/exits.

The side of the car said hemi on it, but the light turned green and after 2nd gear it wasnt a race anymore. Same guy, saw me at the store a few days later and stopped to talk. He wished he hadnt bought the car.
 
yea, this was a newer honda i run... well get over 500 hp in a 2200 poundish vega. Power to weight is also there

quite a few cars out there that will tear up that 6.1 challenger. >cough< mustang for one.

you gotta remember a lot of people now have absolutely no idea what fast is,
I let my buddy drive my swinger and he couldn't stop going on about how fast it is compared to his audi and how it's one of the fastest cars he had driven ect... I just said dude it this is slow just wait till you ride in it when I have the 440.
 
it depends what type of bike it is. i am not stupid. but my brother had a 2003 gsxr 750, and my awd mitsubishi running 32 lbs of boost used to spank on that bike. all the way up to about 110 mph, then i would let out as i was too scared of the car
