If I missed it somewhere in these two pages, could you tell me the price for a full length version to include glove box?

in the first post...

Visited with my machinists last week and will order tubes
for the "cluster only" pieces I have. Will have some done by the
end of the month.

Mark
Price will be $275

All aluminum
Will house (2) 3 3/8 and (4) 2 1/16 gauges
Positions for headlight and wiper switch

Ya, I couldn't tell if this was that short or the long either. I assumed $275 was for the short piece.

I know he is not making the entire dash... but I just want to know if what he is making will work for my dart?

I'm just in San Jose for a few minutes but tonight I'll try to log on and get to all the questions. I ordered tubes Friday to make up the 8 cluster-only dashes. They will fit 67-76 dash frames and come to a point on both ends like the later 70+ dashes. Abody Joe's is an older model that extends to meet the aluminum blank for the heater and radio delete panel.

The costs are known for the shorts because I already have faceplates and
I haven't had to negotiate with the water-jet guy yet. When I have drilled down on that I can come up with the full length dashes and follow-on shorts.

Count me in for one to fit my 72 Swinger, will need the full dash panel from one side to the other. PM sent Thanks John

ha! as stated, i still want one....funny, now every mopar your gonna see with one of these things...LOL

Any plans for B-Body ones? I am resurrecting a cutomer's 69 RoadRunner and his cluster is shot and looks like crap. He'd probably love something like this

I'm glad that to hear your back at it. Always wanted one and by the time you heR about one for sale somewhere its already gone. I'm in for a full dash when they go into production. And if you are in San Jose CA. that's great, local to me, and I have a few buddies that would be interested as well.

Stupid question. I see that there are holes for the wiper switch rather than slots. How does that work? The slot keeps the switch housing from rotating with the knob. Are newer switches differeent?

i would like one!!! I have all the guages and was working on my own cluster but if i could get my hands on one it would help out alot!

In about four months ( gotta get some bills paid off ) I'll be looking for two of these. One for my 70 Duster and 71 Demon. I'll be looking for full dashes so when you are ready, PM me with price plus Shipping to 98294.

Mark here....

I'll head back to the machinist on Friday morning to check on the progress of the tubes I ordered. We're still at least 2 weeks out from completed dash clusters. The process will move faster once the pieces are all made.

I also had a couple of 4'X10' sheets of aluminum cut for full and 2/3 dash blanks. The response has been good enough that I decided to be ready for the complete dashes as soon as the clusters are being completed.

The longer ones will be gauge holes only on the full width panel, a glove-box delete option, and I'll get a website up to post pics. Some will have heater boxes and others won't.

There will again be a glove-box option, with a bezel or a single hole depending on the year.

Prices are still being worked out. No deposits are required. I'll try to post an update every couple of weeks, unless there's a change.
