Stop in for a cup of coffee

Finally figured out how to download you tube from my phone. Usually do it on laptop. Anyhow went out to the Market today, and shot some video. Been here many times in two years...

I love and miss the open markets like that. Funny that they look the same the world over.

Just imagine the sound if those shoppers were all riding these

So... beef guts casserole, or furry tailed rat stew? I may try those later, but for breakfast it's gonna be cereal. lol
.
That gave me a good idea. I may have to make jambalaya with Sweetbreads (beef thymus) some time. :D
This last batch was just leftover bbqed chicken parts and brats. Sweetbreads and some smokin' hot hot links sounds really good :D

Doubt I can find a good 64 slant around. Klingers has a few but rob the same issue since they sat full of old no good antifreeze for years.
I can probably find ya one. Just needing a crank?

Do not mean to be picky, but for example holley squarebore almost all of them have different venturi size but the same throttle bore size. I mean different between primary and secondary venturis.

BUT the center line is the same for all four venturis , Forms a square...

My point was that if someone measure on a Holley 4160 or 4150, they will find that the venturis have a different size between the primary and secondary bores, while the trottle plates and bores below have the same size. On almost all of them. The primary venturis are a little smaller than the secondary ones, and the primary jets are a little smaller on the primary's too. But this does not mean it is a spreadbore. Holley has a spread bore, the 4175 series. Well, these are the old types, I have no idea about newer stuff. Some people mix the term trottle bore with venturi, and sometimes those who are not so familiar with the Holley's find that oh, this carb has different size venturis maybe it is a spread bore. So it was just to clarify that so no one walks in a trap.

Was on my way to put the rewired snowmanoutside, and suddenly the sky opens up and down come all this heavy moist.... Lol. Will wait a little and try again.
