A good price on that LD4B intake. The ad says the manifold bolt holes were elongated for an earlier 273

.010 is not going to make it over heat. My stroker is .040 over and it doesn't over heat. You should be looking at an LD 340 intake for those heads, LD4B is a 273/318 head intake.

As far as an intake goes, it will fit, but what you are really looking for is an LD4B. Port size is smaller for the 273/318.

The Speedmaster intake I bought during the Black Friday sale was nice quality wise but the ports on these intakes are similar to the LD4B intakes. On the small side of that matters to you.

Does it have the Chrysler part number on it?

LD4B. The motor is built off the same recipe as the one on my 64 Dart vert.

I believe the Edelbrock LD4B has the smaller ports and is a fine intake that will work for you.

Maybe it's the angle of their pic? Or it could be whatever intake is on their engine. Our tstat housing on LD4B/273 is bang on in middle.

920 are around 67 cc, maybe a smidge less. 315,920... same closed chamber. The pistons were designed to work with them. Use a performer intake if you can't find a ld4b

Folks do a bit of grinding on a LD4B surface along where the intake bolts are to line up with the different head angle the pre 66 small blocks have. You could have a 63/64/65 273 block with heads and a LD4B that been slightly modified to fit.
