CNC Mill Mark Removal in Intake Port

So what I see is the cnc finish produced the best numbers. Since I started used Killer carbide burrs I could probably count the times I’ve used a double cut burr on 4-5 fingers on an intake port. Burr finish entrance to exit for me.

Dads Hemi Roadrunner finally making it to the track. I know not an A-body but it’s still exciting.

I remember seeing that car run early '90's, while it was still a 4-gear, He was yanking the wheels off the ground 3×/pass!!! The 3rd pass I heard somebody saying.."You can't shift against the chip!!!".....lol, I'm guessing He was letting it bump against the rev limiter w/the shifter preloaded to...

Apparently there are lots of people patiently waiting for Nick's: Part - 3 Video. 6,000 views in just 10 days. Too much cam, too low of compression with the previous odd .020 over pistons that were re-rung, sunken valves in the head's recent valve job. Mismatched intake to head ports, after...

CNC Mill Mark Removal in Intake Port

Here's the final two tests just for fun. First, sand entire port with 60 grit cartridge roll. Second, hand sand the SSR only with 180 grit cloth backed sandpaper. The 180 grit hand sand made a difference. I got similar results a few months ago when I hand polished the SSR. As was mentioned...

1966 Dodge Dart Convertible disc brake conversions

I’d like to add some information about my 66 Dart. Bought a disc conversion from RPUI. LBP. Bought Jegs wheels. Had to install longer studs. Dual master manual 7/8 bore. Adjustable valve for the rear. Stops terrific. Turning radius sucks. But it’s drivable and looks great with the wheels. Any...
