Also while your in there, get rid of the plastic fuel filter. Most auto stores have metal filters readily available. Just a safety thought.

I just completed a spring relocation. Working on mini tub, but noticed that my tail pipes are now to narrow for the fuel tank to fit. Tanks is 28" wide and tail pipes are 26" apart. Just wondering what you guys have done to get tail pipes to fit nicely.

If your unwilling to hit it hard with a hammer, drill it out the roll pin is a soft metal and will drill easy. Just keep the drill bit straight and a little smaller than the pins hole. The remaining peaces will just fall out or push out easily.

Replace your radiator cap

've found that mineral spirits loosen it up well, making it easier to scrape and no being explosive.

There is a foam seal for each air box to the cowl. I used some 1/4" weather stripping I got from Home Depot to make new ones and sealed with black silicone.
