What is this grommet in my 1972 A-body grommet set from Classic Industries?

The triangle bracket is semi-gloss black and the adjustment bracket is black phosphate, correct?

I am having trouble finding a heater core that fits without enlarging one of the holes in the heater box that one of the tubes passes through. There are no local radiator shops to repair my old one. Has anyone found one that fits?

Mine is 3418623 but I don't know that it is original to the car. Outlet inside diameter is 1 7/8". Is there a correct right side 1972 manifold with the larger 2 1/4" diameter?
