My '72 Dart Swinger ( 6 cyl) runs fine at lower speeds but when I get it on the Thruway and get up to 50 or so it sputters and dies. Get back to 25 or so it runs fine again. Vacume? Help please!

I ordered new rims, 5x 4 1/2, but found out after I received them that the lug pattern on my Dart was 5x4 . Do I have any options short of sending them back? Will '73 9 inch drums fit on a 72? New drums wouldn't hurt. I'm assuming the '73 bolt pattern will match my rims.

I'm starting on the inside and working my way out. Tore the dash out to remove the dash pad. Taking out the front seat made access to everything under the dash much easier. Went a little overboard with the seam sealer. Ended up scraping off the excess and fiberglassing.
